Keynote App
April 1, 2018
I’m pleased to announce that I successfully earned another badge through Apple Teacher! After reading the Keynote iBook I feel that I am thoroughly educated on how to use the app because it truly demonstrates how versatile the app is to great detail. It’s like PowerPoint but a million times cooler and slightly more user friendly. One of the features that we had to try out was the “Magic Move” function. This particular function makes your items appear as if they’re moving even though you’ve really only rearranged them on multiple duplicate slides. This feature simply makes the presentation aesthetically more pleasing. Another feature that is very useful is the “+” button because everything you could possibly want to include in the presentation is under the same function. This is helpful because it lowers the possibility of being confused when you find yourself “in the zone” while making your presentation. After experimenting with this app I’m happy to say that this is definitely something I plan to incorporate in my future lessons because of how versatile it is and how much of a clean look it has. For your enjoyment, I’ve included my first attempt at using the Keynote app attached as a YouTube video. |
